Return Policy

Defective merchandise must be reported to us within seven [7] business days from the day/time of shipment to be considered for a refund or replacement.

We accept a Return only if the merchandise is determined by us to be Defective in Quality. If defective, the order must be returned and received by us in the same container as when it left SkyDream LLC within 30 days of the Shipment Date. Defective products in multiples [cards, prints, calendars, etc] will be replaced with an identical product.

In-transit damaged merchandise by UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service, or other carrier must be reported to and remedied by the shipping carrier immediately. Please contact the carrier.

Damaged due to Acts of God, and not limited to rain, snow, sleet, ice, flood, windstorms, avalanche, insects, animals, etc, are not refundable.

Contacted within 7 days from the time of Order Shipment, AND the order is returned and received by us within 21 days of the Shipment date.
Outgoing and Return shipping charges are NOT reimbursable.
